Any item purchased on the redington.com website, excluding eGift CARDS, may be returned unused up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Redington does not refund eGIFT CARDS for cash except where required by state law.
If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.
To process a return for an item that was purchased on redington.com, please use our Contact Us form or call us at 855-378-9420 (7:00AM - 4:00PM PST). Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email or have it ready when you call. We will initiate the return in our system and send you a return authorization number. Please write this number on the outside of the package you are returning. Remember to include original packaging, tags and paperwork in the return shipment.
If a purchase was damaged during shipment
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please use our Contact Us form or call us at 855-378-9420 (7:00AM - 4:00PM PST). We will initiate a return in our system and send you a return authorization number. Please mark this number on the outside of the package you are returning. Remember to include original paperwork, tags and packing receipts in the return shipment.
