Return Policies

Any items purchased on the redington.com website can be returned unused within a 365 day period.

If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on redington.com, please use our Contact Us form or call us at 855-378-9420. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email or have it ready when you call. We will initiate the return in our system and send you a return authorization number. Please write this number on the outside of the package you are returning. Remember to include original packaging, tags and paperwork in the return shipment.

If a purchase was damaged during shipment

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please use our Contact Us form or call us at 855-378-9420. We will initiate a return in our system and send you a return authorization number. Please mark this number on the outside of the package you are returning. Remember to include original paperwork, tags and packing receipts in the return shipment.
