Got the Voyant combo for Christmas this year and I'm really not fully sold on it yet, but I am getting a little more used to it. Casting nymphs and streamers it seems to be very good, but when having to cast smaller dry flies it isn't very "graceful". I have a 9 foot 4 weight and for the price it is definately a good pick up. You will however definately have to get new line if you purchase the combo.

Picked up a 7100 Voyant. Fished hard over 4 days on King salmon, NY. Rod performed very well playing over 100 fish in the 15-25 lb. class. Did break the bond on a shooting guide ring. Impressed overall, a good buy. A little light for the job, but took on the challenge in spades.
